• Male or Female, max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years working experience in managerial level within Finance & Accounting function in Manufacturing company is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Audit, Cost Accounting, Taxation and Financial Reporting
• Having strong leadership qualities, ability to delegate responsibilities and manage team members
